In the unlikely event of you receiving an incorrect order or damaged goods, send the item(s) back to us along with the delivery documentation and a covering note. We will then refund your money or replace any missing or damaged goods.

Any refund made to your credit or debit card shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant issuing bank and therefore be subject to any time delay as specified by the issuing bank. We will not be liable for any delay that is outside our control. A correct cardholder name and address must be supplied at the time of ordering where it is different from your name and address.
